Abstract
It was the purpose of this study to determine the reactions by teachers of French in 24 West Tennessee counties to three general areas of inquiry: methods, objectives, and problems. This information was not to be treated according to systems of statistical analysis, but rather to initiate the acquisition of general information relating to the above-cited areas, as practically no such information was currently available.
