Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and acceptable pancake syrup using aspartame as the sweetener. After the preliminary work two syrups were compared. One syrup was a commercial brand product having sugar as the sweetner; the other syrup, having aspartame as the principal sweetener, was standardized for comparable sensory attributes. [continues]
