Abstract
The purpose of this study was to ascertain the nature of current trends for dietary intake and food consumption patterns among university students. The study further sought to examine the reasons leading to these trends. The study involved 100 students selected as a convenience sample from the University of Tennessee at Martin (UT Martin).
