Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of group guidance in producing alterations in personality factors and interest areas in selected secondary school students. The proposed change was initiated in order to aid the individual in becoming an effective member of his society and capable of making decisions on his own which are necessary to his well-being.
